Patak Motors will release the first 300 units with a numerical order. High demand is expected. ompact dimensions are not the only thing that distinguishes the Rodster car from Patak Motors.

It is also a unique look that will always stand out on the roads. It can also be bought as an internal combustion engine and an electric car. The first cars are expected to hit the roads in the middle of next year. The information was given by the brand in a press release. It can be driven from the age of 16.But if appearances are anything to go by, this is no asphalt ripper. The car has a single-cylinder four-stroke engine with water cooling in the combustion version, which has an output of 15 kW. The electric car is similar in performance. Charging takes between four and nine hours depending on the size of the battery stored in the floor (10 or 20 kWh) and the power of the charger.

“Our goal was to bring to market a vehicle that combines modern driving characteristics and a unique retro design from the 1930s. When you get behind the wheel of the Rodster, you feel strong emotions. And no matter where you go, you will truly enjoy every ride,” says Andrej Hulala of Patak Motors.

The car may look very austere at first glance, but it still meets the requirements for regular road use. It has seatbelts, a roll-over protection frame, airbags and traction control. Air-conditioning or interior customisation are at extra cost.

The car will be manufactured in Slovakia and due to its low power and weight it can be driven from the age of 16. Another advantage is parking in motorcycle spaces. “The first 300 vehicles will be marked with a unique number. Customers who order one will become members of the Patak Club,” Hulala said.
